Our process is simple.

We help build brands through careful listening, thoughtful analysis, and education.

We believe that good design is not about how things look. Good design is about how things work.

We can help identify your business, promote your product or service, and inform your employees, customers, and clients.

We ask good questions and rely on meaningful collaboration with our clients and their teams. Our objective is to tell engaging and authentic brand stories and create compelling visual identities.

Our process involves the three D’s: Discover, Determine, and Design.

Discover means keeping perspectives wide to allow for a broad range of ideas and influences.

Determine focuses on taking a combination of ideas and directions identified in the Discover stage and analyzing them in the context of market data and discovery insights.

Design is where we have a clear understanding of our goals, objectives, project demands, and details to develop a design solution.

A logo is not a brand, and a brand is not a logo. Logos, colors, typefaces, and visuals create an identity. Values, vision, and voice create a brand.

“Working with Brad is a pleasure. He is organized and focused but laughs easily and often. He assertively and candidly gives his opinion but is open and responsive to suggestions. I admire his work. I trust his judgement. I like working with him.”
