DIG LANDSCAPES

DIG Landscapes was founded by Mike Brooks, whose decades of experience in residential, resort, and commercial landscaping informed a new direction for his work in the Texas Hill Country.

When Mike rebranded his company to DIG Landscapes, he invited us to help define the identity and articulate a clear and compelling brand story.

Our process began with listening—understanding Mike’s goals and speaking with past and current clients to learn what made his approach distinctive.

We developed a visual identity and a range of materials centered on process and craft. A compact, multi-panel brochure communicates the stages of landscape design while showcasing selected projects.

To express the relationship between concept and outcome, we created a series of image montages layering Mike’s drawings with photographs of completed landscapes—making the design process visible.

Photography by Dennis Fagan captures the texture, depth, and material quality of the work, reinforced through thoughtful production choices including tactile paper stocks and an embossed presentation folder.

The result is a cohesive system that reflects both the experience of working with DIG and the lasting quality of the landscapes they create.
